We have accepted traffic lights as a governmental solution to keeping us safe in traffic. Even if it does not protect us against all traffic risks - it greatly minimises the risk of an accident.
Why is it more difficult to accept vaccines as the governmental solution to the pandemic?
In the words of David Walsh (September 2021) “Yes, it’s harsh to deprive someone of their livelihood for the good of others. And it’s harsh to deprive someone of their licence for running red lights. Harsh, but necessary.”
The same is true for vaccinations…
